RETURN POLICY

CONDITIONS ON THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED

This condition on the return of the product, applies only to products purchased online from the website MOTOUTLET.IT. These provisions do NOT apply to purchases made in person at the store or other online sites.

RETURNING UNWANTED PRODUCTS, IRREGULAR OR NON-COMPLIANT

If a product has defects or an existing fault at the time of delivery or if it is not, however, conform to the order, the customer has the right to return the product. The customer is encouraged to carefully check each product upon receipt.

As already specified in the Conditions of Sale, the customer has up to 10 working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products, to be able to return. The customer is asked to return the products as soon as possible. Note that before I make a return of the products before you can process your refund.

Once the products have been returned, they will be checked and the refund will be made within 30 days. The unwanted products must be returned unused and in pristine condition. The customer will have to do so to ensure that products are packaged properly so that they are not damaged during transit. If you verify that the products have been used or damaged, you can not process a refund and the customer will be contacted by e-mail.

If the customer fails to comply with this Condition for return of material, Alesia s.r.l. in Motoutlet reserves the right to refuse the return or charge the customer any costs and expenses incurred by Motoutlet.
