Payment CASH ON DELIVERY

The choice of this payment method implies a price increase of €5,00.

The buyer will pay the amount to the courier in charge of delivery by cash.

Cash on delivery is usable by the buyer for amounts up to €999,99.

For amounts equal to or greater than €1000,00 only PayPal or Bank Transfer payments are accepted.

The values expressed in Euros are VAT included.

The goods will be shipped following verification of the crediting of the amount due in the bank account.

COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments to Italy are entrusted to the GLS express courier.

The shipping costs are as follows and are inclusive of VAT:

  • €9,00 Charge for amounts up to € 99.00 (except for promotions or discount coupons)
  • €5,00 Charge for Cash on Delivery payment
  • Assicurazione Any insurance on the goods being shipped is provided only on request, are the responsibility of the buyer, and must be specified in the additional notes in the order form, or by email with the order number. €4,00 Charge for this service.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and processed within 24/48 hours.

Orders received before 11:00: processed and shipped in the afternoon of the same day.

Orders received after 11:00 am: shipped the afternoon of the following day.

Orders placed from Friday afternoon onwards are shipped on Monday afternoon.

Orders paid by bank transfer are sent following verification of the crediting of the amount due in the bank account.

At the time of shipment, you will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number, for the traceability of the package online.

The traceability of the package is active after 20:00 on the day the goods are shipped.

The average delivery time is 24/48 hours.

In some special cases (ex. during holidays), average delivery times may be delayed.
